Alex Forey’s sharp, stark lights sweep across the stage like slow waves, with intense LEDs casting a nasty, unnatural glow over the heaps of petals. Glaring white, delirious purple and seasick blue-green give some sequences the quality of distorted memories or feverish dreams, but a warm, gold glow seeps in from time to time, too, hinting at the happiness and stability that often seems to elude the family. — The Stage
